The route includes gentle hills and scenic highland roads, but e-bikes make the experience accessible for riders of all levels. A support vehicle accompanies the tour for safety and flexibility.
Moderate climbs appear around the Aso highlands and the approaches to scenic ridge roads such as “Milk Road.” These are manageable with e-bike assistance and frequent rest stops.
If cycling becomes difficult, alternative plans—such as cultural experiences, scenic drives, or expanded sightseeing—will be arranged to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable day.
Most ryokan in Kurokawa Onsen offer private or reserved baths, which can be comfortably used by guests with tattoos. For public baths, rules vary by ryokan, and your guide will assist in confirming availability.
